Refunds & Shipping

Refunds:

Refunds will be granted if the wrong product was shipped or if the product arrives damaged. Cancellations must be received before product is shipped. If you do not the shipping costs back to PureSpice will be deducted from your refund amount.

Shipping:

PureSpice.com ships through UPS, or the US Postal Service, as needed. You may specify the type of shipping you prefer (IE - Regular, 2-3 Day, Overnight).

Note: International Orders with expedited shipping methods may take a few days longer than noted on your order confirmation. PureSpice.com is not responsible for items that take longer to deliver to international locations.
